[Mne_analysis] mne_volume_source_space with --mri option: segmentation fault

I've reproduced the problem on the sample data with something like:

mne_volume_source_space --pos $SUBJECTS_DIR/$SUBJECT/bem/lmth.txt
--mri $SUBJECTS_DIR/$SUBJECT/mri/T1.mgz --src
$SUBJECTS_DIR/$SUBJECT/bem/vol_lmth-src.fif

lmth.txt is attached.
