Hi,

I have three problems with my EEG analysis in mne.

1. I calculated the grand mean for each condition across subjects
with "mne.grand_average", but now I need to have the standard error. How
can I calculate it?

2. I have an understanding problem: I calculated the grand mean for one
condition (here the attached Grand Mean file for one Condition): The
highest and lowest voltage is respectively 3.648454868 to -12.71511356 µV.
But when I plot it, the range of the voltage amplitude is significantly
different, ranging from 4,100,000 to -12,100,000 µV (see the attached
"figure.png"). How come?

3. I would like to plot the grand mean file (saved in -ave.fif.gz) for a
specific electrode, but for all conditions on the same graph. Any idea?

I look forward to hearing from you,
Emanuela
