Hello Matti,
Thanks for your response.

I am just looking for the skull surface, How do i get this? I have gone through "mri_make_bem_surfaces", how do i generate the multi-echo FLASH images from bert data set. Or is there any other way to generate the skull surface. Can you help me out with some example?

Thanks,
Ritesh Mahajan

Hi Ritesh,

The scripts in MNE-C employ mri_make_bem_surfaces to create the surfaces from BEM given multi-echo FLASH images. The process is described in detail in Section A.2 of the MNE PDF manual.

Best,
Matti
