[Mne_analysis] SourceEstimate.plot() fail

hi Talitha,

does your mayavi setup works otherwise? can you do stc.plot with the output
of dSPM/MNE apply_inverse?
In other words is it a mayavi/vtk problem or an mne/pysurfer problem?
