[Mne_analysis] Plotting delay pyvista Mac M1

Hi Rene,
I was successful running Pyvista on the M1 when using Intel emulation (anaconda installed using the intel binaries).
Everything worked fine.
I guess for a native m1 support more time is needed.
At least all scientific computing and 2d plotting worked well with native builds.
