[Homer-users] channel pruning & image reconstruction

Hi!

I have two issues regarding Homer2:

1) when I deselect or prune a channel then it will become dashed and  
pink on the probe windows but it will still plot on the data windows  
and maybe be accounted on the signal processing (interesting is that  
the deleted channels are not ploted on the HRF in the probe space):  
how can resolve this?

2) Homer1 has the really useful image reconstruction option: does  
homer2 have it? in case, where?
