[Homer-users] Group Means Output

Yes, I have the developer's version and I'm pretty sure it's fully
up-to-date. I just saw that Eugenio Parise asked the same question in the
Feb. 2013 archive and the solution was to update her program to the most
recent version. I have just re-run CVS Update and exported the group
results again, but still have the same labelling issue.

My measurement list matrix looks good and matches the probe array we used,
it is attached.

The output labels are given as (HbO,1,2), (HbR,1,2), (HbT,1,2), (HbO,2,3),
(HbR,2,3) ... and so on. Each of the five channels has three columns for
the three Hb concentrations, and then that list repeats (though the
concentration values are different).

Would it be possible to simply interpret the values as though my 10
channels were listed in order, ignoring the 1,2, 2,3, 3,5, etc. labels in
the output?

Thank you for your reply Katherine!

assume that the first number is for a detector and the second for a
source, since our probe array has 4 detectors and 8 sources.
