Hi Filiz,

did you run the block average and then the grand average?
The file groupresult.mat contains the average across all the subjects. If you have empty variables it means that you didn't use the block average function.
If you want to take a look at the filtered signals, you have to import the .nirs file of each subject into your matlab workspace. 
All the variables you are interested in are in the struct procResult.
