[Homer-users] AtlasViewer updated

This will remain undocumented for now, but I wanted to let people know 
that we started to incorporate features into AtlasViewer to handle more 
than one set of optical properties. This will be important as 
AtlasViewer moves towards analyzing data processed with Homer. For now, 
you will see in the newest developer's version that you have an option 
for setting the optical properties. This pops up a window with the 
default properties that you can change before running your optical 
properties.

We'll document this in the future as it becomes more integrated. But for 
now I wanted to let you know that you'll notice this slight difference 
in the GUI.
