[Homer-users] Batch processing using Homer and AtlasViewer ?

Sure, you are right. It was easy for Homer2.
AtlasViewer is a bit tedious. I have managed to write batch scripts for it
though. I used the GUI calls (by passing callback function names and
handles to AtlasViewerGUI function). Anyway, batch script is working till
creating sensitivity profile.

Now trying to orient the Atlas (3D head) appropriately so that I can export
the figure. Any leads there would be helpful.
