Hello,

I've been working with HOMER2 for a bit and was wondering if there were a
way to limit the data I include in my analysis to only channels greater
than 45mm? Our data does not include any short distance channels.

I looked through the processing stream options, as well as, the options in
SDgui and the SrcPos and DetPos in the SD structure, but couldn't find
anything that clearly told me the channel lengths. Maybe I've overlooked
something?

Not sure if this is necessary, but I'm working with the Homer2_UI.exe, in
Matlab 2013b, on a Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. The data were acquired and
converted to the .nirs format from an in-house constructed NIRS system.

Kind Regards,
