Each time I run HomER an error message pops up showing I have invalid SD
Spatial Units on each of my .nirs files.

If I click OK HomER asks if I would like to fix the error, I can choose to
fix all

and then asks for cm or mm.

Once clicking mm all errors are fixed and we are good to go.

I cannot figure out how to fix the SD spatial units in my code. They are
set to mm from NIRx and unchanged. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Thank you,
