[Homer-users] Shimadzu2nirs: "Index exceeds matrix dimensions"

Hello,

I'm very new to fNIRS and homer2. I'm trying to convert my file to the nirs
format using the Shimadzu matlab file and I keep getting this error:

"Index exceeds matrix dimensions.

Error in Shimadzu2nirsOriginal (line 52)
t=Data(:,1); % time course vector"

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your time.
