[Mne_analysis] White spaces in concatenated files

Dear Francesco,

for this segment to be ignored in ICA or spectral analysis the annotation of bad
segment should full overlap with the bad segment. I see in read that you have
marked a "bad edge" but it does not overlap with flat segment. You can add this
annotations manually (press a in the viewer)
