Hi Markus,
I think the problem is that we generate the wmparc.mgz using the
Desikan/Killiany atlas, not Christophe's, so the wmparc doesn't have
Christophe's labels in it. You could generate a wmparc.a2005s.mgz pretty
easily by rerunning mri_aparc2aseg using --a2005s or --annot aparc.a2005s.
