ERROR: /space/seymour/1/users/folate_subjects/FB110059A/mri/brainmask.mgz
not found in either COR or MGZ formats
ERROR: spmregister failed
The pre-proc command worked, and brainmask construction was completed
successfully. In fact, I can go into this subjects mri folder, and see the
brainmask.mgz file.
