error reading curvature file

Hi I have completed autorecon1 and autorecon2 successfully. When I try to overlay lh.curv on lh.sphere in tksurfer, it gives the following output/error. qdec thickness and repeatability

All, I am going to run an analysis of cortical thickness reproducibility; there are at least two methods that seem obvious. I could run qdec analysis with time1 and time2 as different groups or I could run the methods below. Are the commands below the same ones used in the qdec GUI? As far as I can tell, they will both give me cortical thickness differences on a vertex by vertex basis. There are probably some subtle differences in the way they are coded, but any major changes? It will run immediately before the Human Brain Mapping conference, in the same venue - the San Francisco Marriott. The intensive course covers both the theory and practice of functional and structural brain image analysis. Background concepts and the practicalities of analyses are taught in detailed lectures; these are interleaved with hands-on practical sessions where attendees learn how to carry out analysis for themselves on real data, with one computer provided for every two attendees. partial volume effects

Hi there, I would like to reduce the bias between FDG uptake and cortical thickness changes in my dataset. Would it possible to correct partial volume effects after registering FDG-PET and MR images (using bbregister) with Freesurfer? I am trying not to use other software packages to perform this task, since all my MRI images were already segmented and registered with Freesurfer. Thanks in advance. need T-values

Hello, Freesurfer group, I need T values instead of F values for a one-sample T test GLM. How can I convert the values in F.mgh or sig.mgh (for 12 subjects one group no factor) to T values and overlay them on the surface? I found the similar questions in the following emails posted on freesurfer email list. Doubt manual segmentation

Hello, 1) We have done the manual segmentation of one subcortical structure and we have observed that when we erase some area, it appears "none" in the "sgmtn label" from tkmedit window. Is there any problem whit this? 2) When we install the new version of freesurfer (4.2), is it necessary to put the fixes that appears on the freesurfer web?
