I'm sorry if I've overlooked this in the mail archives, but is there a way to use aparcstats2table to extract the cortical white matter volume values from wmparc.stats for multiple subjects, as you do for thickness, volume, meancurv, etc?
Thanks, Heather
Hi Heather, Try using asegstats2table with these flags (fill in the necessary info):
asegstats2table --subjects $SUBJ_LIST --subdir=stats --statsfile wmparc.stats --tablefile path/<name of desired table file>
