Why the number of volume (e.g 1.39463 1.50616 2.53250) was also so small ? was the unit cm^3?

How are you computing the volume? Or is this from a volume map? It is probably computing the average volume of each vertex in which case you can multiple the value by the number of vertices to get the total volume for the cluster
