Is there any way I can recon-all for images that have cerebellum missing? These fail repeatedly at talairach, no-talcheck flag doesn¹t help Cheers thanks _______________________________________________________ Lena Palaniyappan Clinical Lecturer & Honorary StR | Division of Psychiatry ( University of Nottingham) South Block 'A' floor| Queens Medical Centre | Nottingham | NG7 2UH

Hi Lena,
what happens when you include -no-talcheck? I think it will fail anyway in the aseg. We'd need to build a custom atlas that doesn't include a cerebellum I guess. Why is the cerebellum missing in your images? Bruce On Sat, 31 Jul 2010, Lena Palaniyappan wrote:
