External Email - Use Caution

Hi Freesurfer team

I would like to know how I convert an AAL3 atlas label to the standard Freesurfer space. In addition, I would like to extract volume and cortical thickness from the subjects in this region of interest.

I am using Freesurfer version 7.1.1.
