Hi:
I have some questions about the segmentation of a patient with a cortical displasia: why the aparc+aseg.tif labeled "none" in the segmentation of the cortical displasia section (red cross in T1.tif) and the other segmentation method (aseg.tif) labeled ok that area ?... How can I fix it ?... How can I fix the cortical thickness of that section ?...
Sincerely,
Gonzalo Rojas Costa
Hi Gonzalo,
it's probably because the surfaces are wrong there. What do the ?h.white/pial and wm.mgz look like?

Hi Bruce:
Thanks you very much for your answer...
I am sending to more images... WM and pial... the red cross is in the same point that the red cross in previous images...
Sincerely,
Gonzalo Rojas Costa

Hi Gonzalo,
can you show the orig.mgz with the ?h.white and ?h.pial surfaces shown in tkmedit? Maybe one with and one without the aparc+aseg? Or you can just tar and gzip the subject and send it to us
