Now I´m sending 3 images: 1) no segmentation, 2) segmentation with separation of cortex and cerebellum with radius 1, 3) segmentation with separation of cortex and cerebellum with radius 2. Wich image is the best way and use of radius to separate cerebellum from cortex? Thanks, Kelly

You do not need to manually separate the cerebellum from the cortex if the pial surface is accurately following the cortex (as it's doing in the pictures you sent). In fact, deleting too much cerebellum might cause other problems. Do you have any other reason why you want to separate them? Allison
