I need to reprocess some images of the OASIS database using freesurfer 5... Should I use only the command "recon-all -s OAS1_0074_MR1 -all", or I must add the option "-expert expert.opts" ?... In the first case freesurfer automatically use thresholds specified in expert.opts ?...
