Hi,
I am wondering, whether there has been any publication, or any other resource, with reference volumes of ALL the segmented subcortical structures for different age categories. I tried to search the mailinglist archives, but no success.
Thanks,
Martin
Hi Martin,
Anders Fjell and Kristine Walhovd did some work that may be relevant (their publications are on our wiki). We are also almost done with the analysis of Randy Buckner's "Oasis" dataset, which is >450 subjects that he has made public. When we're done with the analysis we will also make it freely available, so you will be able to download it and generate whatever normative data you want. We'll make an announcement when it's ready.
cheers, Bruce

I found it, after all.

This sounds great! Do you have any time estimate, when this could happen? Do you want it publish the results before making them available? That would be "a little delay" ;)
Cheers,
Martin
Hi Martin,
we won't wait to publish anything on it (although we hope to do so) - we'll make it available as soon as it's done, checked and organized. Hopefully by this summer.
cheers, Bruce
