Dear freesurfer developers:
As I searched wiki, the freesurfer only provided whole-brain FDR and cluster simulation for multiple comparison correction. Is there any way to perform the smell volume correction for the regional cortical thickness in specific regions as it in SPM?
Thanks for your kindly answer.
You can constrain the search to a smaller space using a label.

Dear Prof. Greve:
Thanks for your reply. But how can we constrain the search area in QDEC? Could you advise us more? We can manually create a ROI (and save it as a label) following the instruction of tutorial, but the FDR function in QDEC still corrected for whole brain but not the label area only.
We need your more detailed advise to search 1) a parcellated area (i.e., posterior cingulate in fsaverage); or 2) an easy-defined ROI (i.e., a circle with 20-mm diameter) since it is a little bit hard to describe our hand-draw ROI.
Very appreciate with your kindly help.
