Hi:
I was processing a longitudinal processing using a command line like:
recon-all -base <templateid> -tp <tp1id> -tp <tp2id> ... -all
but it couldn't finished because the power cut produced by a 8.8 magnitude earthquake here in Chile... How can I continue the processing without starting again from the beginning ?...

Hi,
I usually re-process, to be on the safe side. But, the base run (and that is where you got stuck) is very similar to the cross sectional run, except for the beginning where the template image and maps are created, so if you passed that step, you should be able to treat is as you would with a cross sectional run (just restart where it left of). Check the log to find out if it passed the base-init step, if not, restart from the beginning (it is the first step anyway).
Best, Martin
