External Email - Use Caution

How can I convert a csv color lookup table to freesurfer format (.ctab)? My end goal is to use it to perform partial volume correction for an atlas/segmentation different from default freesurfer atlas. The atlas has a color lookup table however, mri_gtmpvc can't read it. The atlas is in nifti format and is based on MAPLEM. https://web.gin.g-node.org/doi/MALPEM_ADNI_data
