I'm writing because I have had an issue with QDEC and it's ability to correctly read the number of subjects indicated on my data table. I have about 70 subjects listed, but the program is only reading three. This is a ".dat" file that was created via a .csv template using Libre Calc.

what dat file? Can you give more specific details on the steps you are taking? Can you send the dat file?

Hello Douglas,
Sorry for the delay. I converted this file from a .csv format in order to keep the column format ideal. Although QDEC is correctly reading the number of factors, it is only reading three subjects which is incorrect. I have attached the document to this email for clarification.

that file has a bunch of carriage returns instead of new lines (obscure unix vs windows problems). Did you convert the csv under windows?

Yes, I used Windows to convert initially then also tried it over Libre Office.
