Dear Freesurfers,

I am working on a hippocampus surface comparison project. What I want is to register the subject hippocampus surface to a atlas surface and get the displacement vector field. I haven't use Freesurfer yet. But I guess it might work for cortical surface registration.Does it also work for hippocampus surface registration? Would anyone have some information about that?
