Hi Neeraj - The libnetcdf error you're getting probably means that you should install a different build of freesurfer (centos 4 instead of centos 6). Which one are you currently using?

In the future please email the freesurfer list instead of me personally with questions about tracula. The purpose of the list is to get the messages archived so that people can search for questions that have been answered before in the archives. Thanks!
