Now we want to do leave-one(run)-out fsfast analysis for feature selection, we hope this command can help us, but not sure. We have not found some useful information in FS wiki and the mailing list. Who can give us some details on this command, especially, its computational process and output? Please help us.
Thanks in advance.

Dear, Dr. Greve: Sorry for bothering you again. Can you explain us what is function of selxavg-jk-sess? We have searched its information in FS wiki and mailing list many times, but nothing is found. Now we want to do leave-one(run)-out feature selection, we hope this command can help us, but not sure. Please give us some details on this command, especially, its computational process and output. Please help us.
Thanks in advance.

It is for leave-one-out analysis, though I have not used it in years (was part of another project I was working on). But I think it should still work. There's also a -jkrun option for selxavg3-sess, which should also work. Run it the same way you would selxavg3-sess (or selxavg-sess). The output will be analysisname-jkRRR where RRR is the run number left out.

Oh, I see. Thanks Doug. In the process of analyzing fMRI data with FSFAST, you are the one giving us the most help. Very thanks for your work.
