Hello Freesurfers,
Is there anyway (command, anything on QDEC) to get a list of the thickness values in the significant clusters? Specifically, is there anyway to get the actual value of the maximum thickness in the blobs (in millimeters)? Or the mean thickness of the blobs for each subject?
Thanks, Natasha
In the QDEC output folder in each contrast there will be a file named something like cache.th20.abs.y.ocn.dat. This will have a row for each subject and a column for each cluster. The value is the mean thickness for that subject for that cluster. Is this what you need?
