Dear FreeSurfer experts,

I have FreeSurfer installed on an Ubuntu system and I got the following error:

ERROR: Invalid FreeSurfer license key found in license file /media/datas/study_tools/freesurfer/.license If you are outside the NMR-Martinos Center, go to http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu to get a valid license file (it's free). If you are inside the NMR-Martinos Center, make sure to source the standard environment

FreeSurfer was previously working on this computer without any errors. I have not been using it for a while and now I got this error. I got a new license and even though the .license file is updated and recon help works I still get the same error.

Can you please help.
