External Email - Use Caution

Hi,

after the transformation of the Choi's striatal 2012 to the individual subject, I would like to do the segmentation + the striatum parcellation_Choi2012. How I can do that in order to have in the end the aseg + aparc.mgz file in order to have the volume of this ROI.
