Hello,
Is there some way to use multithread in recon-all to speed up?
I searched the freesurfer website and try using
recon-all -autorecon-all -itkthreads 8 -subjid SUBID
It simply gives an error message " ERROR: Flag -itkthreads unrecognized. "
Thanks!
