I think you would need an interaction term with age as well (ie, multiplying age by the ROI). You are starting to get into complicated territory with complicated interactions between continuous variables. In theory, you would need to have each continuous variable by itself and multiplied with each other continuous variable plus all 3 continuous variables multiplied by each other.
