Hi Valentina,

Your tkregister2 command does not specify any surfaces to load, so you should not expect to see any. This is good, because you have not generated any surfaces if you've only run -autorecon1. The surfaces are generated during -autorecon2.

you are seeing things as would be expected up to the point you are at.
