Hello,

When I try running the stage one portion of the recon-all script on one of my subjects, the skull-stripping removes everything above the ears and everything but the skull below the ears. When I run mri_watershed, it works just fine. Any idea what I might have done wrong in running the stage one portion to have caused this?
