Dear all,
Our imaging techs use a specific artifact correction which requires converting the DICOM images to mgz files. Does anybody know a good tool to convert the mgz files back to DICOM or, even better, to NiFTI? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

mri_convert will convert from .mgz to nifti (but not to dicom).
