Hi Freesurfer team,
I was wondering if there is a way to edit incorrect surfaces due to lacunes? As you can see in the image the surfaces are incorrect. I tried editing the aseg, but this did not work. I have attached both images in the coronal and axial view as well as FLAIR (obviously there are other errors that need to be fixed in this subject as well).
I am using version 6.0 (freesurfer-Linux-centos6_x86_64-stable-pub-v6.0.0-2beb96c).
Any guidance is appreciated.
Thank you,
Emily

Hi Emily
it's going to be tough to get it past the gray matter lesions. If you have labels we could implement something to fill them in with surrounding tissue intensities I suppose, but we don't have anything at the moment
