External Email - Use Caution

Hello Freesurfer experts,

I am interested in running an along the tract analysis with the outputs from tracula. I am interested in using https://www.nitrc.org/projects/fadttster/ to do so. I was wondering where to find the 'arc length' for the fibers and if there is anything else I should consider in try to analyze the fibers with FADttster. Thank you!
