Hi all,
Where I can find a copy of the mri_binarize file?
It doesn't seem to be included with 4.0.5, and based on a post from 2007 I looked in ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/fsdev/nicks/dev/ to no avail. I've also checked the site.
Since this is my first post I'd also like to send my thanks to the developers for a great program and ongoing support!

Can you give me your platform? I'll see if I can put it online.

Give credit where it is due I reckon! We're running Debian Linux 32 bit boxes, but Krish responded in stunning time and has already put a copy on the ftp server at ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/fsdev/nicks/dev/ .
Thanks,
Dom
