Hi all, I would like to use the aparc+aseg.mgz as a mask image. I am mainly interested in the cortex segmentation and if I am not wrong the [2000-2034] values corresponde to the 35 (34 + 1 unknown) values correspond to the 34 areas of the Desikan atlas for the right emisphere. Are these the values that are listed in the rh.aparc.stats file? Can I say that the value 2000 in the aparc+aseg.mgz correspond to the unclussified voxel of the cortex in the right emisphere? Thanks,
-stefano
I'm not sure whether anyone answered this or not, but the answer is yes, 2000 corresponds to "unknown" in rh.apac.annot.
