Hello everyone, I was running recon-all -autorecon1 -s bert and it exited with errors.. Processing... Not implemented yet in cache _volume _range _has _ changed()... IS there anything wrong in the way i've run the command??

Can you send the recon-all.log file? The 'Not implemented...' message is a normal warning message (part of the MNI tools) and is generally not the source of an exit error.

It looks like you will either need to install libstdc++.so.6, or use the rh9 build of freesurfer, which is built against libstdc++.so.5.
