The F.mgh is the F ratio and you can use mri_segstats to extract the means of it.

We are conducting a study with the ADNI database using FreeSurfer g3v1. I was wondering if the mri-segstats can be used to extract statistics from F.mgh file? Also, can the F-value be obtained via this F.mgh file?
