Dear freesurfer experts,
I am currently do group analysis in qdec, and I canot select jacobian white from the drop down menu, I thought this would be an option? Do I do have additional steps to get these values?

I just mean that it is not an option in the drop down menu at all? And I thought it would be?

Right, I think we had it there at some point, but running an analysis on the jacobian is probably not what you want to do (though people have published with it). Probably you want area or volume. If you really want jacobian, then you'll need to run mris_preproc and mri_glmfit from the command line doug
