What are the units of measure for translation and rotation as output in the dwi_motion.txt file from Tracula? It's not stated in the output file or on the page http://freesurfer.net/fswiki/FsTutorial/TraculaOutputsI would have assumed mm and degrees, but the rotation values are consistently less than 0.01, which doesn't seem likely. --Ruth
