We have an anatomical atlas that we have incorporated in the FreeSurfer pipeline. Is it possible to convert this voxel based atlas into MNI152 surface coordinates? Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the confusion.
We are doing a ROI based analysis with our EEG data that have been transformed onto a ICBM152 surface map. Using an atlas that we have incorporated into our FreeSurfer pipeline, we are trying to convert our ROIs from the atlas onto the same surface map space. What would be the best way to perform this?
