Hello Experts,

I want to use the cerebellum as the reference region for PET analysis using the PetSurfer. Unfortunately in very few cases, the segmentation is not good. I have attached some pictures. In this case, should I be editing the aseg or the brainmask.mgz? Thank you for your help.
